Exercising in nature. It often gets overlooked it turns of fitness. We’re conditioned to think the ONLY way to be serious about fitness and to get seriously in shape is to do work at the gym. This is absolutely false.
With endless terrain shifts flat, uphill, downhill, etc), fresh air all around and an ever-changing scenery, finding hiking trails is super beneficial when it comes to working out the whole body and improving cardiovascular endurance which is often overlooked.
