Rainbow Hydration

As more people are becoming more aware of their health, a new trend has emerged. Introducing fruit-infused water. This is an excellent water to had subtle flavor to water without all of the chemicals in other water flavorers. The best part about these is they are super easy to create.


 

What You’ll Need:

– Glass/Pitcher/Mason Jar
– Your choice of frozen/fresh organic fruit
– Filtered Water

For this one, I used frozen raspberries, a few slices of an orange and a lemon.

You can fill the jar with as much or a little fruit as you like.

As time goes on, the flavor will become slightly stronger.

Feel free to fill up as many times as you like.

Not sure what to do with the fruit afterwards? Add it to a smoothie or simply eat it.
